1. How do I change my email address?
Your account is linked to the original email address used at the time of creating your account, and the only way to change your email would be to create a new account.
2. How do I, as a trainer, change the type of workouts or services I offer?
Go to ‘My Sessions’, click + to add a new session, in the next window you will have the option to change the type of workouts and type of session you want to offer.
3. How do I, as a client, change the type of workouts or services I am looking for?
From the frontpage you can choose what type of sessions you are looking for; on ‘Location’, via ‘Video’, or have a trainer come to your ‘Home’. After picking what type of category and type of sessions you are looking for, you can further refine the type of services you desire, from ‘Workout type’, ‘Price’ and more. As you pick and choose your desired options you will see the trainers listed pop-up or disappear accordingly.
4. When will I be charged for a session?
As soon as a session is booked our credit card services will hold the amount from your credit card, and it will be charged and released from your card as soon as the session has ended.
5. How soon will I, as a trainer, get access to the money I charge for a session?
As soon as a session has been confirmed, booked, and ended, the amount will be added to your account in our system, and we will pay it out according to our terms and conditions.
